HIGHLIGHTS
The Square One District Condos, Canada’s largest development project, will be built around Mississauga’s city center. There are 37 towers in total. The first phase will begin with the construction of two prefabricated condos at the southeast corner of Rathburn Road and Confederation Parkway, which will be 36 and 45 stories higher respectively. A total of 977 residential units are accommodated, of which 575 are condo suites and 402 are rental units. In the next five years, 5,000 residential suites will be built. The complex is estimated to have 3 million square feet of dedicated office space.
The future Hurontario Light Rail Transit (LRT) and MiWay Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) will have stations and stations in this complex. Highway 403 is only a few seconds away from the Square One district condos, easily connecting to highways 401, 410, 407 and QEW.
